Story Cubes is an extremely fun game that sharpens intelligence and imagination. The images were designed by Rory O'Connor, an Irishman specializing in training creativity to solve problems. The dice can be used to arrive at answers or decisions indirectly and ingeniously. Each die has 6 images or icons, a total of 54 ideas that, when mixed, can generate more than 10 million combinations.
Roll the dice and, starting with "Once upon a time...", invent a story that involves all 9 dice results.
Story Cubes can be played by one or more players, or as a party game where each player must continue the story from where the previous one left off. You can award points as a reward for speed of improvisation or imagination....
