The kit contains 1 stamp, 1 set of letters and figures for stamping, 1 meter of tape (this tape is for stamping and ironing onto dark fabrics), 1 set of labels in two sizes (these labels are for applying to food accessories and other items). Food accessories, after being stamped, can be washed in the dishwasher.
